Yes. We use the browser's built-in Math.random() function which produces a uniform distribution. Over many flips, you should see roughly equal numbers of Heads and Tails.
Currently the tool flips one coin at a time with a visual animation. You can click repeatedly to flip as many times as you need, and all results are tracked in the statistics panel.
